The economic crunch is affecting so many agencies, and the first budget item cut is training. Code 3 Associates wants to help insure that officers get the quality training they need to provide professional services to their communities. Tuition costs for the Cruelty Investigators Academy (CIA) and the Animal Disaster Responder Academy have been temporarily reduced to $400 for Level I courses and $450 for Levels II and III.
