In keeping with Code 3’s history of providing quality training while evolving with the needs of today’s public servants and those in the animal industry, we are transitioning our Cruelty Investigators Academy and Animal Disaster Responder courses.
We have adjusted the 120 hour training curriculum from the traditional three 5-day levels into five 3-day segments. In adjusting the curriculum, all current topics will be covered with the addition of new subject matter plus more hands-on, practical and discussion exercises. Our purpose in making this change is to make it easier for agencies to allow their staff to attend needed training, while minimizing time away from duties, and help reduce monetary expenditures in this challenged economy.
We are still offering our 5-day animal cruelty training and disaster response classes at the reduced rate of $400 for Level I (originally $600) and $450 for Levels II & III (originally $650). We have based the pricing for the shorter sessions on the existing training discounts.
These courses will continue to receive certification from Colorado State University.
Please visit the individual Cruelty Investigators Academy and Animal Disaster Responder pages for the new course breakdowns and pricing. Limited scholarships are still available. Contact us for scholarship information, and as always, please feel free to contact us directly for any questions concerning training.
Take advantage of these savings and shorter sessions now by enrolling in a class near you (Code 3 Associates Training Schedule; PDF opens in a new window).
