If you are registering for a class or making a donation, we will request financial information. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the services you requested. If you purchase by credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider. For other types of registrations, we will ask for the relevant information. You may also be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to provide online technical support and troubleshooting. Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Code 3 Associates, Inc. is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion.

 

All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of Code 3 Associates, Inc. must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.

Code 3 Associates, Inc. cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning.
