Code 3 is a federally registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable organization that receives most of our funding through private donations and grants while some money comes from foundation grants and corporate sponsorship. All donations are tax-deductible.

We pride ourselves in keeping administration costs as low as possible and being good stewards of every donation we receive. Some uses that come from private donations include: funding scholarships to help train animal control officers and first responders across the country, buying gear to keep on our rescue truck so that we are prepared to respond to any disaster, and fueling our rescue truck so that it can appear at conferences around the country to educate the public.

All donations are securely made through PayPal using a PayPal account or credit card. We appreciate every contribution and strive to use it responsibly.
